How can Yoga Help You?
|
My specialty is “Baby Boomer Yoga,” intended for those 40 and older.
I want my students to “share
their wisdom, not their aches and pains”. I am very
passionate to contribute to how yoga can help
students with pain and illness, using yoga as
therapy. I have seen first-hand how yoga can
change a person's life – physically, mentally
and spiritually. Don’t feel that you are too old,
too out of shape or in too much pain. I worked
with a woman who was 94 years old and some
of my current students are in their 80s!
